In 2010, the Group invested RMB 30 million yuan, found Huadi Industrial Park in Huiyang District, Huizhou City, Guangdong province, China. All the building area cover 30000 square meters. At present, the group owns 4 enterprises, namely Huizhou Huifeng Non-woven Products Co., Ltd.; Shenzhen Tongfu Plastic products Co., Ltd.; Huizhou Huadi Industrial Co., Ltd. And Shenzhen Huadi Non-woven Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.
Our company equipped with advanced full set of producing & testing equipment imported from Germany, Taiwan and other area. They are all sorts of 6 acupuncture non-woven production lines, 2 rubber DIP dyeing production lines, 2 active carbon production lines, 1 hot melt adhesive composite production line and 1 airflow into the net production line. In addition, it included a variety of testing equipments more than 10 PCS (sets), yearly production capacity of various non-woven baric & filter materials, for 8000 tons.
We gained the relevant certificate & strictly comply with ISO/TS16949: 2009 Quality Management Standard System. And all the products can pass the APTC & British NIRI professional testing. We currently owned a independent "leaf" brand for high-quality filter products, car air filter, air filter and industrial and civil filtration products. As superior in quality, no harmful to environment, we are applying for a national invention patent for one of non-viscose activated carbon filtration products.
